In the old west, watch fobs and watch chains were made in every conceivable shape, style and material. As a rule, if not designed to be hung from a chain, most watch ornaments were hung from a simple, unadorned strap. Others were more decorative and we offer our skills and the following examples as a tribute to those who desire something a tad fancier or perhaps a bit less mundane.

Romal. This fob was commissioned to compliment a solid rose gold saddle fob (provided by customer). It is braided from black kangaroo lace. The knot work resembles that found on the romal reins used by the vaqueros and buckaroos of the Pacific Rim.
